Nick Skerrett
Resolution Tax is led by Nick Skerrett, a solicitor and tax adviser with over 25 years’ experience advising corporates, financial institutions and high‑net‑worth clients on complex UK and international tax matters.
Nick’s practice focuses on tax disputes, litigation, investigations and strategic advisory work. He has acted on high‑value and precedent‑setting cases across a range of taxes, including corporate and international tax, VAT and other indirect taxes and disputes involving regulated sectors.
Before founding Resolution Tax, Nick held senior positions in Big 4 and international law firms. That experience provides a clear perspective on both the strengths and the limitations of large organisations.
